Buckeyes


1 c. creamy peanut butter
½ c unsalted butter, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. chocolate chips


Line 2 baking sheets with waxed paper.
In a large mixing bowl, beat peanut butter, butter, and pondered sugar together.
Roll into 1 in. balls and place on baking sheet (If mixture is sticky, wet hands with cold water and continue rolling)
Freeze for about 30 minutes.
Microwave chips in glass bowl for 2 minutes, stirring a couple times, until melted/
Pierce each ball with a toothpick and dip ¾ of the way into the chocolate, wiping excess chocolate off on the rim of the bowl. Place back on waxed paper.
Chill in fridge for 45 minutes until set.

I have tried to look for your guys and wondered if you had a blog of your own. I am excited to see that you do! Do you have a family blog as well??? Well I am glad that you received the words and thoughts that you needed. My mom told me about Justins friend. It is heartbreaking! I am excited for the 4th as well. We will be there tomorrow night. Excited to see everyone and get caught up!
